Welcome to Nexspaces! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Nexspaces' Website and services.

1. Services Provided

Nexspaces provides interior design consultancy, 3D visualization, project management, and turnkey execution services. The specific scope of work for each client will be defined in a separate Project Agreement or Quotation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Nexspaces and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Nexspaces. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

• Design Ownership: All design concepts, drawings, and 3D renders created by Nexspaces remain the intellectual property of Nexspaces until full payment is received.
• Portfolio Use: Nexspaces reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use the images for marketing and portfolio purposes, ensuring client anonymity where requested.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding project requirements and budgets.
• Provide access to the site for measurements and execution as required.
• Review and approve designs and material selections in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payments must be made according to the milestone schedule provided in the project quotation.
• Nexspaces reserves the right to pause work if payments are delayed beyond the agreed timeframe.
• All taxes and statutory levies will be charged as applicable at the time of billing.

5. Revisions and Changes

Any major changes to the approved design or scope of work may incur additional charges and affect the project timeline. Minor revisions are included as per the specific project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexspaces shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, natural disasters, or factors beyond our reasonable control. We strive for excellence, but we do not warrant that the project execution will be 100% free of minor aesthetic variations due to material nature (e.g., wood grain, stone patterns).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
